Consulting as a Creative Technologist, I was responsible for the entire technical output for an incredibly active account.
My work included a combination of maintainence, new promotions and planning larger McDonald's technical initiatives. As a member of the leadership team worked directly with the McDonalds IT and Marketing teams.
Over a period of twelve months I worked on over twenty projects, overseeing the in-house tech team, recruiting freelancers and working with trusted third parties. My responsibilities included concepting, prototyping, scoping builds, development, deployments, recruitment and proactively improving processes across the account.
Working with third parties that included Unit9, Cartelle and Goodboy Digital the McDonald's account won over 6 FWA awards during the year.
