Project Helios is a component driven web platform that serves 276 websites across six automotive brands using Adobe Experience Manager. The project is a joint initiative between Nissan and Renault.
I lead the re-architecture and rebuild of their Dealer Locator application. I also worked to add features to the Configurator and Owner Services applications.
While Helios is run from the UK, the development teams were based in Bogota and Bangalore. Close collaboration, detailed planning and robust review and feedback processes were essential to ensure all deliverables met the required standards.
My responsibilities included Development Leadership, Technical Architecture and hands-on development.
